well been strugling last day or two, i think iv been taking less medication by mistake, iv changed the measurer and havent been filling it properly and been having around 16 mills of methadone less aday which iv been feeling, iv now gone back to the old way of doing it. through this i havent been feeling very strong this last few days and have been the closest to using since i stopped , tonight i was so tempted to just ring my dealer and i was thinking the old thoughts of "ill just have the one tonight and go back to been good again tomorrow" thank god a good friend came round to fix some furniture up for me and he  took my mind of it, and after my meds were uped i started to feel better. well iv also been going out for the odd drink to try get use to socialising again i really enjoyed myself, well just to let you no wats been going on till next time thanx for listning
