Not all women want superficial things in their men. I admit I have a few, but they are limited. So, okay, this is my tentative list of things I would like in my "dream guy". I don't expect anyone to have all of these qualities, but I will have some requirements. *Notice, this is not what all women want, so guys- um, don't become who I want, be what you want! :D*
Required:
Love me!!! And I love them!!! (Duh)
No drugs/alcohol
No other women (female friends are okay, but no FWB)
Love of life
Respect for me and himself
Ability to laugh with/at me/himself/life
A social group (I don't want to be your only friend)
Love of passion/romance/sex
Self-confidence
Sense of justice and mercy
Intelligence
Good kisser/ fast learner
Learns from his mistakes
Highly recommended:
Sense of humor
Love of children and animals
Appreciation for the ocean
Stable income
Appreciation of classical music
Good relations with parents and family
Dog person (I'm not so fond of cats)
Current political/social knowledge
Liberal
Non-religious, or just loosely affiliated
Likes my friends and I like his
Wish list:
Swimmer
Accent (European, South American, or Australian)
Love of cultural foods
Ability to play a musical instrument (esp. guitar, violin, viola, piano, cello, french horn, or bass)
Tall
Athletic
Enough money that I can earn my doctorate degree and not go into debt
Likes travel- jet setting especially
Buys me random gifts (flowers are nice, even just from the grocery store)
Initiates random acts of kindness, even to strangers
Participates in community service
Woodworker
Painter
Can sing (but I don't think I want an opera singer)
Open to new things (Food, places, sex, people |

I've met some that have had numerous qualifications, but, like I said, I don't expect anyone to have all of them. I just wanted to put out my wish-list. Kinda like Christmastime, the little girls don't actually expect to get a pony... but the guys I have dated do have the 'requirements', or because of them, I add new ones.
