well good luck to you , wish you the best. i too have an issuewith my weight today was my first day to excersize i have comcast and they have a program that has excersizing on it which helped me out easy and fun. and i did only 10 mins. of it . i am 5.2 and weigh in 180 .....so may be we can keep...
