 Bird watching offers inspiration.
I was very lucky this year to have a few families of birds living in the yard.  A few days ago one of the young chickadees that hatched this Spring was playing hide and seek in the pines near the studio.  He's absolutely adorable and very curious.  He would chirp at me until I started paying attention to him, then he would duck his head behind the tree trunk.  As soon as I would go to walk away, he would pop back out and chirp at me.  This lasted for a good ten minutes and I hope that I entertained him as much as he entertained me!  He inspired this little ink drawing, that is currently for sale on eBay.
