| latest addition to the family 7-12-07

well on the twelve of july my son Luis Angel was born. He was 8.5 pounds and 20 inches long. was born at 9:40 p.m. on the 14th he got released from the hospital. The next day we got a call from the doctor saying that his biliruben level was high and that he needed to be admitted to the hospital immediately. so we got admitted in and his level was 18. the norm is between 4 and 11. just yesterday it went down to 9.6 so we got to come home. he basically had umm jaundice. i prayed so much. it was hard because i had to leave my older son at home. i stayed at the hospital those few nights. he is better now. i have to take him back on friday just to make sure that his biluruben level is going down. I wish that i could say that that is all that has been going on i will post about that in a new entry.
anywho luis angel is now better and just being a newborn. he can hold my finger and its just amazing. my older son is taking it better than i thought. jacob "helps' put him to sleep at night. he is very loving with him and gives him lots of kisses and tell him hi alot. jacob is very protective of his little brother. i guess that i was worried about nothing. i do admit that he get jealous from time to time but he does not hurt him. i have taught jacob how to gently touch his little brother and that when luis angels eyes are closed its time for all of us to use our whisper voices. ** its not always easy but its a process** its been like better than i thought.
