Child porn is an epedimic. The ONLY way it will ever be brought into control is not through virus attacks, but when normal folks like us raise enough hell that our states legislation passes tough no nonsense laws. Right now many of the folks caught with or distributing child porn get little to no jail time. Until we get tired of our children being exploited and take a stand, nothing will change.
Another big problem is much of the porn comes from across seas. Our political machine is unwilling to challenge host countries in a manner that causes them so much discomfort, that they put a stop to it.
And last, due to over zealous ACLU actions that have made 1st ammendment rights to cover just about anything, internet providers are not liable for what is on their site. They know what is going on, as you alluded to, yet do nothing. Instead of attacking the ones doing the distributing, we need to crash the sites that allow that trash on their servers.
My suggestion is cheap justice. We spend around 50 grand to keep these scum bags in jail when they actually get sentenced to jail. What we should do is put everyone who has been convicted of rape, child molestation, child porn distribution, murder, etc in a long line. Give a bunch of citizens handguns with 50 cent bullets. And give each of these lowlifes a fatal dose of lead. Problem solved!
