 The Tote Bag
The amazing tote bag.  I recommend knitting, crocheting, sewing lots of these.  Search in google for knitting tote, crochet tote or sewing tote.  I know there are tons of patterns available on the internet for free.

I use my tote bags for many purposes especially for organizing.  I admit I'm a mom and even the little I do organize helps.

Create your Knitting bag and/or Crochet Bag.

I recommend several tote bags to replace plastic bags at the grocery store.  You will be helping the enviroment and helping to remove the clutter from your house.  I do keep some grocery store plastic bags to clean the litter box.

If you still go to Video Store, Library, Have Children, Have special groups I recommend creating a bag for each.

I put the library books into my tote labeled for the Library and I don't have to search for the books that need to be returned.

You could put an item that you may need to return to the store with the receipt in another tote.

I use a tote for my diaper bag/purse.

Create a "Make Mom Happy Bag."  Add chocolate, favorite pictures, poems, letters/cards from friends, books, journal, favorite jammies, and bubble bath.  Whatever makes you happy and items that will help you chill.

Create a bag special for your children to have for "Quiet Time Mass Kit" add things like color pages, crayons, snack, doll, rosary and etc. to keep your little one occupied while listening to the Mass readings and homily.  These can be great when you need to go to the doctors office or have a boring thing to do with the kids.

Finally, you can use totes the same way you use baskets to create gifts.  Like a "Family Time Tote" add hot cocoa mix, marshmellows, a throw blanket, cookie mix, a family book to read together and/or a family movie (with individual popcorn pouches).

And keep these totes organized by the door on peg hooks.

If you dont want to make totes you can always buy totes from WalMart.  They sell them in the craft section in a set of 3 for I think 5 dollars.  But you can also use dollar store gift bags.  They wont hold up as long but they will work too.

Organize, Relax and God Bless!
