And here it is! The first blog of mine written, once again, in Arizona. Last night was friends, pizza, beer, a little bit of Magic, and lots of laughs; a night that I hope will be repeated all throughout summer. Yesterday afternoon I saw Desirae for the first time in over four months, and oh my god, how many teeth she had. I know it's cliched to say so, but... she's growing up so fast, it's ridiculous.

Another first in over four months: watching Rent. Or how about this: watching movies on my own TV period, my own DVDs period, in my own room, a room that is filled with so, so much stuff. I walked into my bedroom on Friday night and was more or less blown away by all the stuff that I own that I had forgotten.

And my returning weekend is not over yet. Later on today I will travel on down the road to Ryan's house and play GCN until the evening, at which point I'll mosey on over to my brother's house and see what he's been up to. Tomorrow, Monday, I'll start being productive, and on Tuesday... Jury duty! Really, dude? Really.
