This is my first entry in my brand new account on Thoughts.com. I am planning on utilizing this site to journal my weight-loss experience, eating habits and share recipes. I bought Cook Yourself Thin last night and am planning on using that as a basis for my weight-loss goals. On Sunday, February 7th, 2010 I should be a size 6-8 instead of my current 12-14. Hopefully all of this goes well. Today I had the following:
Breakfast
1 cup of oatmeal w/a handful of raisins and a drizzling of organic maple syrup (11:00 a.m.)
Lunch
Turkey breast w/spinach, sundried tomatoes, Smart Balance mayo & balsamic vinegar on a spinach wrap.
So far so good. We'll see what dinner brings. Maybe even a snack along the way. Until tomorrow morning or later on tonight....
