 The Importance of Water
Did you know that water is the most important matter on earth?  Women have less water than men, and overweight people have less water than a thin person because fat tissue contains less water than lean tissue. Many people believe that drinking water is to quench thirst, but in reality, it is the most important nutrient in our diet.

An individual can survive many days without food, but only a few days without water. The internal organs function at a much higher capacity when the body is well hydrated. Body temperature is regulated through water. Water makes up ninety-eight percent of intestinal, gastric, salivary and
pancreatic juices.

Drinking water keeps the blood thin, nevertheless, when we are dehydrated, the blood thickens which makes it much more difficult to pump. In addition, it makes the overall function of the body slow and effiecient.
  

Tip:

So how much water should you be drinking? Divide your current weight by 2. For example, if you are someone who weighs 150 pounds, 150 divided by 2 is 75, which means you should be drinking 75 ozs of water every day for your body weight
