We already know about the 7 energy boosting foods, but did you know there are also 7 deadly foods? Let's take a look at what they are.

* Pork rinds - These are the most disgusting snacks on the market.. Just to let you know that this snack is pig skin that is deep fried in lard. What a disgusting thought, not to mention loaded with carbs and salt..

* Microwave popcorn-  If you have ever ripped open a bag of microwave popcorn, you would understand why you should stay away from this particular type of popcorn. It is  loaded with unsaturated and tras fat!  Reach for the 94% fat free version the next time you are shopping for your favorite snack.

* Bakery bagels - Not only will this snack not keep you full for long,  but they are also packed with tons of calories.

* Doughnuts- Heres a sugary snack that is sure to kill you. Avoid this fried bread and sugary snack at all costs.

* Fat free cookies, muffins, and candy- What these snacks lack in simple carbs, they lack in sugar. They will definitely suppress your appetite.

* Candy like energy bars- Some may offer fiber and protein, but others are fortified candy bars.

* Greasy french fries- These are cooked in fat and flavored with chemicals and tons of sodium.
