| My life so far!!!! |

Wow it seems like the spring semester of school just started and now here it is the beginning of summer. Life has been crazy but that is how I like it. So what has been going on that would make me say that life is crazy????
For starters I am finally moving out of my parents house. And it comes just in time because Sarah My older sister jsut moved back home. Why would you move back home when you are alost done with college? Why I do not under stand?
I am also finally done with Victoria college. No more community college.Who Hoo!! In the fall I've moving to San Marcos to go to Texas State.
In other news not only am I working at the hospital But I'm also going to be working at splashway because I need the money and the hospital two days a week just jsut is not cutting it.
But the biggest thing to happen is this summer I will be starring Neil Simons's Plaza Suite at the Gaslight Theatre. I am actually in two of the three acts. So here is the lowdone on the play for those who really want to know
It is composed of three acts, each involving different characters but all set in Suite 719 of New York City's Plaza Hotel. The first act introduces the audience to not-so-blissfully wedded couple Sam and Karen Nash, who are revisiting their honeymoon suite in an attempt - by Karen - to bring the love back into their marriage. Her plan backfires and the two become embroiled in a heated argument about whether or not Sam is having an affair with his secretary. The act ends with Sam leaving (allegedly to attend to urgent business) and Karen sadly reflecting on how much things have changed since they were young. This is by far the most serious of the three vignettes.
The second act involves a meeting between former movie producer Jesse Kiplinger and his old flame, suburban housewife Muriel Tate. Muriel - aware of his reputation as a smooth-talking ladies' man - has come for nothing more than a chat between old friends, promising herself she will not stay too long. Jesse, however, has other plans in mind and repeatedly attempts to seduce her.
The third act revolves around married couple Roy and Norma Hubley on their daughter Mimsey's wedding day. In a rush of nervousness, Mimsey has locked herself in the suite's bathroom and refuses to leave. This is the most comic of the acts, filled with increasingly outrageous slapstick moments depicting her parents' frantic attempts to cajole her into attending her wedding while the gathered guests await the trio's arrival downstairs
It was also made in to a feature film with Walter Matthu Starring as all three male leads.

As for me in this play I am cast as Jean, Sam's secretary and rumored affair, and Muriel Tate in Act 2 and it is most likely that I will also be Mimsy the bride who refuses to come out of the bathroom get married. All I know is that this summer is going to be excellent fun
