So today is the first day in history I have puked from a hangover. I think it was because of lack of food over the course of the day and night. On the bus ride home I was just imagining the different foods I would eat when I got home. Instead when I got home I grabbed the first thing I saw, a bag of BBQ Humpty Dumpty chips. Not a good idea, my throat is killer from regergitating them back up. On the plus side, I feel a lot better, and I'm enjoying orange pop.
So last night me and four others met up in hickville and ended up walking to a cabin back out in the bush, and my theory is either The Ring was filmed at this cabin, or it is an exact replica, besides the fact that there was a huge pond infront of it, but I hope you get the picture. It was one of those cabins that are about twice the size of the average bathroom, so it wasn't huge or anything, but I was content nonetheless. The only useful objects in there were candels. One was put on a cupboard of some sort, the other ontop of the wood stove - it would have been nice if it had been placed somewhere else like a table.
Around nine we busted out our alcohol and started to drink, baileys, vodka, sour puss, month old vodka mixed with juice, rum, etc etc. I liked the fact for once we didn't down everything within twenty minuets. We sat around, smoked weed, chatted, reminised on old times, took shots and shit. KM was dared to injest "super hot stuff" from a very small bottle, clearly not knowing exactly what it was she did it. When done she was fine. Ten seconds later she started to freak out, she drank grape juice but apparently it did not help, so we all walked out to the pond so she could gargle the lake water. There was a large metal bucket in the middle of dock, for whatever reason she decided to kick it. She yelped and completly forgot about her burning mouth and focused on her toe, I have never before knew that actually works, but I guess it does. When we went back inside we decided to light up the wood stove. KB filled it mostly with paper, so within thirty seconds of closing the little door, the fire was out. We had a nice laugh and lit it up again. I went to relight the candle sitting ontop of the wood stove - which had been going for quite some time now. And realised the candle wax had melted, because I was under the influence I failed to realize that if the candle wax had been hot enough to melt, the glass candle holder was most likely going to be hot as well. Excited by the fact it had liquidized I grabbed the glass and released it moments later, because it was fucking hot. After the alcohol was gone and we were finally growing bored with sitting around, we set off for KB's grandmothers house to sleep. I'm usually very afraid of the dark, but at this point in time I enjoyed it, and when we reached the road, there was a graveyard across from it. I wanted to go in it, I wanted to sit on a grave and talk to the people. I wanted to so badley, but majority rules so I tried to forget about it and kept walking. I woke up at twenty to six this morning, and I do not know why.
I guess the whole point of me sharing this night, even though it doesn't sound very interesting, is because I had a really good time. We didn't get fustrated with one another, and sitting in a cabin you broke into, with the fire blazing and the marijuana smoke hanging in the air, a bottle in one hand, and seeing nothing but only the outlines of my peers, euphoric I tell ya.
At a certain moment when I looked around, I was thinking when I'm in my twentys, sitting around with some of the same people drinking similarily like we do now, in one of our own houses, and how mabye we will think back to the days we broke into cabins to drink. Oh the good old days.
