Yesterday, my sister and I had to go and put her dog down.
It was unfortunate, he bit my husband on the hand, unprovoked. In fact my husband was trying to make friends with roast beef.
He was only two years old. So vivacious and full of life and so excited to go in the car.
The vet who did the deed was fantastic. However, I have summed it all up in two words "Fuck That!" It was a shame. It was awful. Neither one of us could stop crying.
I suppose the problem is solved now. I just wish there could have been a happier alternative.
Sometimes, I still hear him barking from outside.
Sometimes, I can't stand to remember yesterday.

How sad!
What a traumatic thing to have to do.
We had to put a terminally ill kitten down once.
I cried, as well.
I am so sorry.
