My favorite comedian in the whole world is Gallagher, and we get to go see him on Saturday. I am so psyched! I have wanted my husband to take me places like this...to go see a comedian or a singer or something and he's never ever done it. But this time, it's at the Emerald Queen Casino, and perhaps that is the difference. The casino. But he got us tickets and a room for the night...after 21 years of happy marriage....I can't believe it! We've always had sex, and lately, since out kids moved out, we started acting like a couple of teenagers. Then the daughter moved back in, which put a damper on our privacy..but we figure it out. You know.
I just can't believe, after alll the crappy shit that has gone on this week, that he did that! Isn't he fabulous? I can't wait to pack a bag on friday! |

Yep! The Sledge-o-matic!! Mostly I love him because he brings to light the human comedy...sort of like George Carlin, but I think they're both a scream!

I saw him when he was here in Louisville at the Palace Theater. Great show. Bring plastic if you're close to the stage. Laughter is the best medicine, perhaps your hubby thought you could use a dose. Enjoy the show. (And the hotel room...tee hee).
