SURPRISE! Yes, we deserve the "best friends in the whole wide world" award. One of my best friends EVER, Candy, was under the impression that she and 2 other friends were going out for a nice dinner for her birthday. What she didn't know was that waiting in the limo for her were 10 of her closest friends. Caught her priceless face on camera and video as we all yelled surprise and she really was. Just seeing her so happy was soooo worth it. So we cranked the tunesand partied out in the limo until the driver told us to calm down. So we got to the restaurant and im not trying to brag but i think its safe to say we looked damn fine. All of us dressed to the nines in cute dresses and heels. So all 10 of us filed in and we had every single head turned. Im not an attention seeker but im not gonna lie it felt pretty cool. So we walked to our table and settled down when this mother beckoned a couple of us over. She points to us and turns to her 3 year old daughter and says, "Those are princesses." We all melted and were compelled by the little girls wide eyes of awe followed by millions of questions about our castle and princes. By far, the best part of the night. Her mom made her stop asking questions to let us eat, cutest little girl ever. Still with everyones eyes on us, we sat down. Then the waiter came. Oh boy the look in his eyes when he saw he would be waiting on us. My crazy friend, S, decided she would seduce him by the end of the night. When he came to take our orders she was sucking her straw and staring him down. It was way too funny. Anyways as the night progressed and we were all having a phenomenal time we started to get a little naughty. We ripped up this piece of paper into tiny bits and gave it to everyone to write their number and then dumped them all in the empty bread basket. The waiter came to clear away the appetizers, we watched him as he stopped when he noticed what was in them and he stashed them behind the cash register. We can only assume they were put there for later. Now here is when the guilty conscience kicks in, not all the numbers were our own. I know for sure that at least 3 of them would connect our poor waiter to our fathers. I know, major bitch move. It was a in-the-moment thing. There was this other guy who was having dinner with his family and the whole night he would glance over and then when he made eye contact he would look away super fast. We felt bad for him and we still had a couple numbers left. When a couple of us went to the bathroom, one of the girls dropped the note in his lap. Judging by his facial expression, i think we made his night. He looked so proud, he showed it to his brother and then to our shock he showed it to the rest of his family. Honestly guys, dont act like a total dork when chicks openly flirt with you. The rest of the night was amazing. Seriously the people there were watching us like the epected a strip show or something. Between the emo guy across the room and the group of guys who insisted on whistling and watching our certain "assets" closely as we walked by I couldnt help but question our attire. Then i thought about how Candy was ecstatic and how her laugh echoed continuously throughout the restaurant the whole night and realized it wasnt about them. We were there to enjoy ourselves and we were doing just that. Then all of a sudden S points obviously to this guy across the room and says, "Hey look at that guy!" She would later explain that he looked like E, a guy who she is always hating on. Buuuuut as I said before, she never got to finishe her sentence. He looked over for the billionth time that night and smirked. He started giving us "the eye" and thats when his date realized what he was doing. She immediately got up and sat on top of him and the looked over at us with a successful look. What the fuck? Why she was acting like this, who knows! jealousy perhaps? For the rest of the night he kept trying to make eye contact with all of us and trying to look sexy. He was fucking hilarious. He kept this up all the way till he got out the door. It was honestly such an eventful night. And an amazing one. Oh minus the creepy men that were old enough to be our fathers who didnt talk to each other the whole night but rather watched us. Our waiter was fantastic and he thanked us for making his night more interesting and asked us to come back very soon. I think the numbers one his over. Ahh I still cant get over how perfect the night was. I really have to wear that dress again.
