Thoughts and feelings spin around in my head
I am walking around so full of dread...
I don’t know who to trust
I can’t think anymore
these feeling inside are hurting to the core.
Inner peace, can it really be achieved
When there are so many around us ready to deceive.
The longing, the hoping, the willingness to forgive
yet sometimes thinking there is no reason to live.
You give everything you have to those you love
yet no one is there when push comes to shove.
An endless merry go round of highs and lows
but, really, who wants to listen to my woes?????
