This is just absolutely sick what he did to you.
I agree, 8 years was not enough jail time.
I remember when my best friend before she moved, her mom's boyfriend would molest her, even when I was at her house! I didn't have a clue about it until she spoke about it to me just when he "left"....

I have anger problems as well, so you're not alone! Almost everyday, I get mad at my parents for anyhitng that they tell me, and I can't help it! I know that I need to work on my anger, but it's so hard, and everytime I see them when I'm mad, I just want to punch them or something. But I do know...
