ok so since no one on here knows, back in september i got arrested for the first time ever. and of course it wouldnt be me if it was for something minor. no i had an 2 expired tags, a tail light out, and open container, and the big one......possesion of "a controlled substance". i finally got the letter in the mail from the municipal courts and i go to court on the 27th. guess i better call my lawyer cuz he didnt think id be going til april or may. this is nerve wracking. ive never been in trouble. well not like this anyway. and ive never been to court. i wasnt nervous until last week when one of my employees went to court and is now serving 300 days. i hope i dont get the same judge!!
anyway, ill keep yall updated on this one.

Yep, been there done that, and you should be nervous!
Now I can only hope that you don't do a year, but as all excons know: "DON'T DO THE CRIME IF YOU CAN'T DO THE TIME!!!"
If you don't up in the local prison, you may be able to do your time without getting hurt, but if you get a year in prison you better get in better shape between now and then.
This is harsh, but true---------

Maybe you should think of laying off breaking the law if your this nervous already!
Looking at your picture, you seem to be presenting sort of a bad ass attitude, and that will surely bring you more trouble in the future, so it might be a good idea to decide now what it is you want in your future.
If this is really your first bust, you'll probably get local jail time and a lot of probation. Now that's not bad as long as you don't keep breaking the law while on probation, cause that is when the man is going to stick it to you.
So if I were you, I would make it a point to get into college, and get a decent job even if it's flipping burgers, and show the judge that you have made a decision not to be a fuck-up the rest of your life.
It's all up to you now, you have to make your own choices.
Good luck with your decision, I really hope that you make a good one.
