Jan 15, 2007 - I can't sleep!

Here I am up at 12:30 am, and I can't sleep. I had a nice workout earlier, which usually makes me tired, but the cat started making noises earlier. She was playing in the vertical blinds and clawing the new couch. I think she hates me. Anyway, on the relationship front, things went well today. G/f only called me once today at work (instead of the normal 5,6,7 + times per day. And things went really smoothly at home. We had dinner together and didn't argue at all, which is awesome. She had her 2nd therapy session today and I suppose things went well. She seemed happy afterward, which I personally know is a good sign. I can't say how many times I walked out of my therapy wanting to swallow a bottle of pills and hide under my blanket - forever. The therapists apparently gave her huge kudos for the talk g/f and I had last night lasting 2.5 hours about "boundaries" for our relationship. Oh, and it was as enthralling as it sounds! Let's just say that once the talk had been completed I was on my 3rd glass of wine. anywho, no pain, no gain, right?

At this moment g/f has just awoken and she won't go back to bed without me. She is having allergy problems and is wheezing and sighing alot as she looks up dissaprovingly every so often. She leans standing over the couch and keeps patting her feet on the wood floor. When I asked what the hell she was doing she replied, "running in place to stay awake!" Right, that was going to be my next guess. And who can argue with insanity. I guess I'll try to sleep now before she runs a marathon or forms a hole in the floor.
