Well hello peeps! Hope your day is going well. Today is Wednesday, but my Friday as I will be going out of town on Friday to attend my son's BMX race in S.C. Woot!! Had a few health problems come around to visit..damn...unexpected company. For the ladies I had a very serious problems(men don't look) with my bartholen glands(look that up...its important). Seems like I might have shaved(close your eyes teen age boys) a little too close and caused a problem. Now, I'm 44 and I like my grooming habits, however the doctors will remind you..that hair is there for a reason..So are eyebrows but we don't want a uni-brow, no? So seems I got the little sucker clogged up. YIKES!! Believe me ladies if this happens to you you will know it. So between the 4 hot bathes per day(recommended for healing), heating pad and ice and lots of strong antibiotics...I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. Let us all stop here and say a little prayer for shemelts that she will be healed before Friday at 7 a.m. when she embarks on a 5 hour car trip..YIKES!!
To address that other visitor..well the breast cyst I had in February has made its presence known again...dammit!!! Golf ball sized this time, but not painful..thankyou powers that be. So I am taking mega antibiotics along with acidophillus(for good bacteria..yo) and we are moving forward. Nothing like a few little unpleasantries to keep you focused. HUH?
Anywho, I am still doing okay, considering and am happy to be able to breathe, sit in the sunshine and listen to the joy that is children's laughter. Do me a favor..hug someone you love today..and compliment some random stranger. Not only will you feel good about it, the ripple effect will go on and on and on..

Wow, never heard of that gland and I'm off to look it up! Sounds like if I've ever had it, I would surely know it! Be better soon! Safe travels, shemelts.
