Yeah it is Thursday..and that means that in a matter of hours..it will officially be Friday. Friday is a special day for all of us working folks (not to offend those who work on weekends). For those of us that have the Mon-Fri..work week..Woot! Go Us! It is almost over. Friday will be here soon and we can all have a wonderful weekend.
So yesterday, I called the bank AGAIN about our parent plus loan. For the nineteen hundreth time (is that a real number?) I was told the bank can't do anything until the college request the extra funds. I went into this sentence that was 500 words long, not taking a breath..or giving her a chance to say anything..expressing my disbelief that I am once again being ping ponged around between them and the college. How hard is it to request $4000. be put into your account..that I will have to PAY back to them. I am the customer..not the college. Well seems like the rules are put into place so you don't borrow more than you need for the year..who does that? If I could borrow it and not pay it back, I would request say..$20,000..so I could buy some things. I need new houseshoes..did I mention that? Hmm! Crazy shit that.
Anywho, I have been assured by lady number 10 and her supervisor that I will have this loan processed by today..and can move onto all the other pressing things in my life. Let us hope they are right, because they don't want to hear what I have to say next.
This weekend is tax free weekend. WOOT!! So you can purchase school supplies, clothes and computers with no taxes. Woot! I don't know what I will buy..but by johnny..I'm gonna buy something. Maybe new houseshoes.. Thank you state of Tennessee for your kindness :)

Hmmm sounds like your banks are just as intelligent as the ones you'd find here in Australia.

Since all day today I thought it was Friday and got all my work done, I can start the weekend early!!!
Still praying it all goes through for you in time with your college funds.

I want to move to TN, CO doesn't have a tax free weekend!

Tax free weekend is once each year..when school starts..all clothes, school supplies, and computers are tax free..WOOT!! Go Tn...!!!
