Douglas..I was hoping you'd have the spin class first..then the yoga. It would be kind of like stretching all the muscles you just put through the grind. Good for you on taking two classes..that should kick things up a bit in the weight loss department.
As for those fluff and stuff guys....

Easy..Would that every child had a mother like you..loving and caring and putting their children first. Alas, it is not reality. I spend a lot of my time filling in the cracks for these little ones..I know that the impact I have is huge..especially when they are so small. I hope she remembers me...
