welcome to yet another previously sentimental holiday turned dreadfully hallmark and commercial.
i mean, how overrated is it that everyone goes out and buys flowers and candy and gifts for people they care about on the one day where they're obviously supposed to. why isnt it this kind of day everyday?

i think being as happy as i am now is borderline disgusting and possibly unhealthy.
so lets see. today i recieved:
- a rose [pink, if it matters]
- a heart-shaped balloon
- 4 boxes of those gross, powdery but also kind of delightful candy hearts with the lame sayings on them.
- 6 lollipops
- a box of chocolate
- a little wax heart that you smash open and there's a message inside
- happiness.
