When I feel this way, particularly in regard to self-talk in my head (rehearsing conversations with other people and what I should have said) I just close my eyes and relax and think of the simple scripture, "Be still and Know that I am God."

This is beautifully written, I am not lonely, but I could feel the emotion of it as I read.
I do love fiction, and I guess it is sometimes an escape. Too much blogging, too much fiction, it may be time to get out and go to the mall. :)

We need to pray for our country as well. As I read in some of the blogging communities, there are those who would infringe on our freedom to express our faith in the public arena. We need the protective hand of our Lord in these days.

This past year one of our teenage grandsons wrote a paper about Ron and I for his composition class and my daughter e-mailed it to us. It was amazing the details he had observed about us. It made me realize how important it is to finish well. We have 13 sets of eyes and ears watching and...
