Its eerie how familiar these sound.
The ten planks of "The Communist Manifesto" are as follows:
1. Abolition of property in land and application of all rents of land to puplic purposes.
2. A heavy progressive, or graduated income tax. (In other words, the more you make, the more you pay)
3. Abolition of all rights of inheritence.
4. Confiscation of the properties of all immigrants and rebels. (Look into the liberty dollar raid)
5. Centralisation of credit in the hands of the State, by means of a national bank with State capital, and an exclusice monopoly. (For example the private company we call The Federal Reserve)
6. Centralisation of the means of communication and transport in the hands of the State.
7. Extension of factories and instruments and means of production owned by the State; the bringing into cultivation wastelands, and the improvements of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan.
8. Equal liability of all to labour. Establishment of industrial armies, particularly for agriculture.
9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of the distinction between town, and country, by a more equable distribution of the population over the country.
10. Free education for all children in public schools. Abolition of children's factory labour in its present form. (Marx still wanted child labour, even though he did not like the way a corrupt capitalist or corporatist society operated.) Combination of education with industrial production.
How many of these sound familiar to you, and why do you think that is? The only thing more dangerous than your enemies propaganda is not taking a good hard look at their strategy.
