I guess it means don't let success be your God. Set out to do something which might change things for the better and, in doing so, maybe you will achieve the best kind of success with it. Success doesn't always mean having to win. The best kind of success is achieving something for someone else.

It means do not look at success as a goal... but make your goal to be someone of substance. Some who has value. Money (success) does not give you value... Value ,for me, comes from ethics and morals. so be a person of value, someone who cares for others, someone who is nice to old people. Not someone who is bent on makking it to the top reguardless oh who they crush to get there.
