I have anger problems as well, so you're not alone! Almost everyday, I get mad at my parents for anyhitng that they tell me, and I can't help it! I know that I need to work on my anger, but it's so hard, and everytime I see them when I'm mad, I just want to punch them or something. But I do know how to control myself from hurting anyone, but to let it out on something else, like my big body pillow.

I have found that anger can be caused by something physiological. When I get irritable it's usually because of lack of sleep, not enough exercise, or a deficiency in a vitamin. I take a B-complex 100 supplement which has helped with my irratibility. Most B vitamins are fat soluable so take it with a glass of milk. I jog for exercise and listen to praise and worship music when I run. Such a blessing when I'm running outside of four walls and hear "glory, glory" singing in my ears. I feel like I'm on top of the world after a hard workout. I listen to praise and worship constantly. Have walkman will travel. Take a walk with a walkman/headphones and listen to praise and worship when you do. Find a park or a path in the wilderness and enjoy God's great outdoors. These things help me considerably. Also, I consciously surrender to God all those things that weigh heavy on my brain. I turn them over and tell Him you are driving today.
May you find His peace,
Kim
