| Psychic sense is Natural!

Some people think that having psychic awareness is a "gift" or that you need to be born with it in order to be able to use it. Some even go so far as to suggest that it has to be 'in your family' to have it and that if your not the seventh son of a seventh son of a high priestess and your lineage doesnt go back to stonehenge then you cant possibly 'be' a genuine psychic. Ok, that last part was an exaggeration but you get the drift.
We are ALL born with psychic awareness people. We ALL have it. Only a few keep it alive into later life though. Some have it but are afraid of it and dont want to develop it, others have let it go dormant and block themselves fom it through their own scepticism but would dearly love to reignite that spark within themselves.
Of course, it doesn't help that most religions teach psychic senses are the 'work of the devil' and that no one should indulge in such 'terrible things.' The truth is, in fact, that it is an entirely natural thing which everyone can use, and were supposed to use in life. It's not just about sensing danger, psychic senses have a whole lot more to them than that.
I will say more about this in further blogs but right now, I'm just adding this in as it was on my mind earlier and it might help someone who is wondering about it. Open your mind and your heart and see without your eyes for a change - you'll soon come to realise there's still a whole beautiful side to life that you might not even have been fully aware of until now.

The time after my mothers death was the most "open" my heart and mind have been.
I've heard that when a person is truely broken in heart and spirit it opens them to see things they wouldn't normally.
The mystery and tradedy that surrounded my mothers death did this to me.
Since that time, I've slowly healed - I guess, because I feel my psychic eye is closed.

The second paragraph in your blog describes me completely.
I know I have an ability, but am afraid of it.
I've seen and heard.....and know there is another side after we die.
It is utterly frightening. My problem is, I get so scared I will it to go away - and it does.
I'm afraid of my ability.
