Prayer is not merely words alone for words can only convey the intent, the feeling, the emotion.
Everyday prayer does not mean simply saying and repeating the same tired old words to praise a God who may, or may not, even exist. Your everyday prayer, your praise of the Creator, of life should be shown in your actions, your deeds, your thoughts.
Anyone can go and sit in a church or temple and say prayers and appear to be pious, devotional, religious. Some may even be so but there are those who quietly, tirelessly, give of themselves, their belongings, their time, to help and assist those in genuine need. These are the ones who really know the true definition of everyday prayer for their everyday prayer IS their life and what they choose to do with it.
