That sucks to hear that! I don't know how you cope with that and stay sane. As for insurance? I've always felt that it is nothing more than a legal scam. As you say, they will greedily take your money but don't want to ever give anything back, even in an obvious case like yours. Hope it gets all soerted out for you quickly - and you find a better insurance company as well. Best wishes to you and the family.
