Absolutely amazing post DS. I could see it all as I read.
The "Dark night of the Soul", (which can happen more than once in the one lifetime), is the journey of the soul when the person gets so low, so depressed, so disbelieving in anything good or positive.....the Spirit gets enveloped by darkness, gets tempted to stay within the darkness - but the soul knows only truth and it sees and emereges back into the light once more.
It sounds like your dark night has passed my friend and you have found a new path in the Light. Well done. I think we may be on parallel paths too.

I am in the middle of both views here. First off, if a blog or post seems offensive to you then don't read it. If someone started cussing at or around me in real life, I would walk away from that person as I, personally, find it unecessary and really rather childish. If you can't tell me wihtout swearing, don't tell me. Thats my opinion is all.
I agree with the surveys, which may be better in the forum. The reason i say this is that Thoughts.com is not like MySpace, Facebook, etc, etc. It was never meant to be. I have a MySpace account but I realise that Thoughts.com is different, unique, special. Thats what drew me to it in the first place.
Yes, we should all "be" but we should all work together too, to keep this site the special place it was always intended to be.

I agree. Get the physical pain sorted out now. The emotional pain might take a little longer but it will heal too. Remember too, when your feeling at your lowest, that's only because you can't see the bigger picture that is coming up for you.!

Great post as always DS, I agree. I don't worry about what others might think of me either. I would say that, rather than love myself, I accept myself for who I am. The good and the bad, just as I accept all others too, the good and the bad. There's always something good to find in others, even if they don't see it themselves.
