ok. walking from lutheran to my house didnt seem that bad today. i weighed about 52kg at 5:00 but i was forced to eat 1 piece of pizza. doing everything possible thats not suspicious to work it off. sitting up straight, walking around, chores, being freezing etcetc. havent had to cut besides that one piece of toast. decided i cant have any tea for the rest of the day in case that makes me gain weigh with the pizza. no one at school seems even th slightest bit suspicious of me not being seen eating anything. excellent. the pizza is making me feel awful. i wich i could puke it up. *sigh*
