I know why he happens murder by Japanese TV.
And I think this murder will be not resolved by capital punishment or restraint of knives.
I think this murder is based on Japanese resent system of capitalism.
I think that this murder is very similar to guns shock in college in America in resent years.
Japanese social system was very similar to the system of East European countries.
However, in recent years, Japanese social system is changed great.
Japanese system is going to the capitalism like USA.
And it is cleared that the difference of quality of life is very large.
I think that the criminal at Akihabara is one of the side effects of such capitalism.
