THE SYSTEM DOESN'T WANT TO STOP CRIME

Have you ever done anything illegal? Truth is - 45% of those who'll read this - have committed a crime - but just weren't caught. The remaining - are the innocent ones. The sinless. Yeahhhhh - right! But this isn't about people who didn't get caught - nor the sinless (in their own minds). This is about the United States Judicial System - referred to from this point on as - TS - The System: One of - if not - "the" - largest scam in and on America: that being - TS actually wants crime to stop. Can I prove that? Too easy to rebut. There will be no defense.
Prior to doing so however - beware of these two terms: "vicious circle" and "domino effect". Both play a large part in crime and stopping crime - as well as this on-going scam that the US Judicial System actually wants to stop crime. To start off - we'll talk of the domino effect. A domino effect is naturally where the first domino falls over - bumping into the second - knocking it over also - which knocks over the next in line. This chain of events continues until all of the dominos in any length line - have been knocked over. The first domino to be the CAUSE of knocking all the rest over. In order for me to prove TS has no interest in stopping crime - you must never forget the domino effect and how it works.
Vicious circle - on the other hand cuff - is very similar. One ingredient or factor of an event - directly tied into another - with the second - tied into yet another - as this too keeps going - much like the domino effect. Only with the vicious circle - the incidents in question are usually bad; undesired; unpleasant, and in no way wanted. Again - don't let this term seep from the wrinkles of your mind.
THE DOMINO EFFECT
Pertaining to crime - we must first look at what businesses; what concerns; what establishments have been created over the years - that in one way or another - play a direct or indirect part of TS and crime PREVENTION. And to do that - let's start with law enforcement. Police Officers; Federal Agents. All of the CTU - Jack Bauer's of America. How many are there? Millions? Literally. Then let's talk of their uniforms; guns; holsters for the guns; badges; police belts; police shoes; police cars; siren units on the roof; police radios; I mean - realistically - we could go on for several pages of every tangible object that a cop requires - if we were to cover all of the domino effect business connected to law enforcement. There are thousands. All of which employ what? People. You - them - many - many people. Millions. Literally!
Then there's all of the jails the police put people in. The buildings themselves. The "jail bars" required - one or more companies make. The jail doors - some sliding - others bars. And let's talk of the thousands or fixtures and parts there are to making up a jail. Millions. From bricks - to windows - to paint - to cameras - to locks - the list is endless. Literally endless. All filtering in what? More employees at thousands of additional companies to make all of these required products. How many business? Thousands. Literally. How many employees? Millions around the US - literally. And how many jails are there in the USA? Probably ten to twenty thousand.
The United States has the highest documented incarceration rate and total documented prison population in the world. As of 2006 - a record 7 million people were behind bars - on probation on parole. More than 1 in 100 American adults were incarcerated at the start of 2008. In recent decades the U.S. has experienced a surge in its prison population - quadrupling since 1980 - partially as a result of mandated sentences that came about during the "war on drugs" and despite the decline in violent crime and property crime since the early 1990s. As of 2004 - the three states with the lowest ratio of imprisoned to civilian population are Maine (148 per 100,000) - Minnesota (171 per 100,000) - and Rhode Island (175 per 100,000). The three states with the highest ratio are Louisiana (816 per 100,000) - Texas (694 per 100,000) - Mississippi (669 per 100,000).
Currently - considering local jails as well - almost one million of those incarcerated are in prison for non-violent crime. In 2002 - 93.2% of prisoners were male. (Of course!!! The system rarely locks up females and far more rare - attractive or beautiful females - like that school teacher in Florida who had sex with a fourteen year old). Around 10.4% of all black males in the United States between the ages of 25 and 29 were sentenced and in prison - compared to 2.4% of Hispanic males and 1.2% of white males. In 2005 - in the area of 1 out of every 136 U.S. resident was incarcerated either in prison or jail. The total amount being 2,320,359 - with 1,446,269 in state and federal prisons and 747,529 in local jails. It is estimated that currently 27% of federal prison inmates are "criminal aliens" - non-citizens convicted of crimes while in this country legally or illegally.
The penal system is BIG BUSINESS and scamming America (not that a penal system isn't needed). Where the states and US Government have learned it is "Big Business" it's a business only $costing$ TAX PAYERS - not the states or government. This is to say - states and government are making HUGE DOLLARS off the tax papers which is why this - what you are about to read - is such a large SCAM and why - what you are about to read - is such a travesty of justice.
Due to all this - there are millions more business's and employees connected just to prisons - that are not connected to jails - thus creating two families of business staff and employees: one for jails - the other for prisons. Let's also not forget what has often been referred to as the slime of the slime as far as jobs go: Jail and prison guards - or "CO's". Speak about high numbers. In New York alone - they have like fifteen thousand guards and another 15 thousand in plain clothes staff - connected to their system. California and Texas are the same. Cities of correctional officers - said to be lower than car salesmen on the list of respected jobs. How many guards are there in the USA all together? I'd guess around two to five million in one capacity or another.
But we've only just begun. The court system (The Stage) is next in line. Just think of all the federal and state judges across the USA. Thousands. Literally. And in their courts - their bailiffs and other court people required to operate that SCAM on the public they run everyday week day: there's tens of thousands more people - scattered around the country - all employed by what the country calls "the justice system". And then there's the court houses themselves and their records office. I mean - we're talking a multi-Billion dollar business monthly. There's millions of attorneys - clerks - bailiffs - court reporters - buildings - supplies for the buildings and staff: the numbers climb far too high to even list.
Then there's all of the jail and prison transportation vehicles often busses and vans requiring special rigging to prevent escapes. You think they're free? You think their construction isn't keeping thousands of more business and employees in business? Big - big business.
I could go on forever listing all of the millions of - both direct and indirect business and employees who are "affiliated" with TS - none more corrupt or immoral - than the attorneys - prosecutors and judges. Ohhh is Christ ever going to have a field day with them when He returns.
The point of this is - and no one can refute - deny or defend - is - there are millions of companies and people - either directly or indirectly connected to the construction and operation of THE SYSTEM. In fact - if you work - you are one of these people. This filters in THE DOMINO EFFECT.
THE VICIOUS CIRCLE
Now that we've established the undeniable fact there are tens of thousands of companies and businesses that both make up and continue THE SYSTEM and all of its attributes; Now that we've concluded the undeniable fact there are literally millions of people throughout the US who are - either directly - or indirectly working for or with THE SYSTEM - Let's move on to VICIOUS CIRCLE. Or what one could refer to as - the negative domino effect.
And to begin - Let's talk of The Systems - often heard in the news - desire to "prevent crime" or to stop crime. And so not to ruffle too many feathers -Let's merely talk of the ACTUALLY of cutting crime nationwide - a small - 20%. We're not talking here - of the also often heard in the news - "Arm robberies and assaults see a 12% decrease in the first part of the year," in where ever. We're not talking of all these alleged (to make you feel better and like the system is actually working) one liners news reporters speak of from time to time. Here - we're hypothetically talking of an ACTUAL - NATIONAL - ACROSS THE BOARD - IN EACH AND EVERY DEPARTMENT - AGENCY - State and TYPE OF CRIME - decrease by a full 20%. Twenty percent of the nations crime in EVERY category - has actually been reduced by 20%.
Now put down the weed and beer for a moment - and think about that. Put off making plans to rob the local seven eleven for another night - and read carefully. Any idea at all - what a recession is? Have you got enough gray matter left - to understand exactly what a 20% decrease in crime would mean to the country? How about this? This would mean - as brief as I can say it: a 20% decrease in the job positions for EVERYONE - EVERYONE - EVERYONE in TS. From judges - to lawyers - to cops - to agents - to jails and prisons guards and those who build them. And on and on and on and on and on for an endless cut in jobs - would all seriously be reduced. Everything from napkins for the staff and inmates - to bullet proof vest and bullets for the law; to a 20% reduction in badges - hand cuffs - night sticks -patrol cars - Tazers - etc., etc., etc., etc., all of this - everything - would receive a 20% decrease.
Oh - and this includes allllllllllllllllll of the employees working for the millions of companies nationwide entangled in TS. Or what? I'm just making this up? Do the friggen math! A mere 20% reduction in CRIME and the PREVENTION in STOPPING CRIME - would have this entire globe in such a turmoil - such a recession - it's incomprehendable. Please tell me I’m not the only one seeing this. Again: A mere 20% decrease in anything crime related - would be the beginning of the end for humanity.
A second ago I said...’Please tell me I’m not the only one seeing this.’ And guess what? I’m not. The brains of this country - from The Big House - all the way to every other politician on earth - clearly knows - that if they actually stopped crime - Armageddon would be a welcome sight. To be fair though - there are those in authority - in America - who aren’t sharp enough to figure this out. Those who actually believe everyone in TS are in fact actually trying to stop crime. So we do have those - who are doing their honest best to stop crime; and those only jumping thru the hoops (“we need 100,000 more police officers”) to lead others to believe - they too actually want to stop crime - yet totally realize if they were to reduce crime a tiny 10% - (let alone 20%) - we would hit a new rock bottom.
BUT THE LARGEST INJUSTICES OF ALL
Just one - “thought-to-be-covert” means TS is using to KEEP crime going -- is this up coming - pitiful Civil Rights Violation and cruel and inhumane punishment. I’m talking of TS’s evil way of FORCING ex-con’s to have no other choice but to return to crime. How could TS accomplish this? Very easily and covertly.
When is the last time you filled out an application for employment? Or - might I ask - you - being an employer - when is the last time you handed an application to a prospective employee? In either instance - you must know of the section on ANY and ALL applications requesting the possible new recruit divulges his/her possible criminal past. Absolutely any past crime related detail - is asked of anyone filling out an application - to get the ex-con to HANG any possibility of getting - not only “that” - but any decent job one might have these days.
After filling in the application - 60% of the companies then request from YOU (no less) a $25.00 fee to pay for having you run through NCIC to see exactly what record you have. Are you at all grasping this? You have to actually PAY for your record to be checked - just to be told - “Sorry - we won’t be needing you at this time but we’ll keep your application on file.” Yeah: Their circular file!!!
SECTION 6. Right to work.--The right of persons to work shall not be denied or abridged on account of membership or non-membership in any labor union or labor organization. The right of employees, by and through a labor organization, to bargain collectively shall not be denied or abridged. Public employees shall not have the right to strike.
But you - Mr. & Ms. Sinless say - “Hey? We have a right to know who we’re hiring.” One of those - it sounds great on paper lines - but is in violation of several CIVIL RIGHTS - just one of which is
SECTION 2. Basic rights.--All natural persons, female and male alike, are equal before the law and have inalienable rights, among which are the right to enjoy and defend life and liberty, to pursue happiness, to be rewarded for industry, and to acquire, possess and protect property; except that the ownership, inheritance, disposition and possession of real property by aliens ineligible for citizenship may be regulated or prohibited by law. No person shall be deprived of any right because of race, religion, national origin, or physical disability.
Said plainly - TREAT EVERYONE FAIRLY and IMPARTIALLY. However - seeing how all of those - who have this record check on their applications don’t really care about the US Constitution anyway - here’s the way the government should have it set up. a) The charge for the check has to be paid by the EMPLOYER - who can never get that money back - or with hold it from the new employee. And b) Charge the employer $200.00 for this NCIC record check. You want to play dirty - it takes two to tango. If it is so important to employers - of who they’re hiring - let them show it by financially SUPPORTING their countries government - with a nice $200.00 check each time they don’t want to support the sentiment - “WHAT’S PAST - IS PAST.” What’s wrong with the US Government - offering NCIC checks so inexpensively? Ahhh - that’s right. This is all part of my claimed “thought-to-be-covert” continuation of furthering - crime as you will see in a minute.
SECTION 17. Excessive punishments. (Which - not hiring ex-cons is Excessive punishments to subject ex-cons - who have paid their debt to society - to further harassment - once free again - and residing in society to all of what you are reading) --Excessive fines, cruel and unusual punishment, attainder, forfeiture of estate, indefinite imprisonment, and unreasonable detention of witnesses are forbidden.
Point: There is no way for anyone with a record - to acquire any kind of decent money paying job - and in most cases - any job at all. Triple this for sex offenders. Speak about the United States Constitution being severely violated when it comes to an SO? God Himself - you may be certain - is outraged over the treatment they’re getting - and in every state in the USA. (James 2:10 / Matthews 6:14/15). This couldn’t be a clearer example to me - of the “thought-to-be-covert” measures to INSURE ex-cons can’t make money LEGALLY. Gee: I wonder how they can make money? Hmmmm - What’s the opposite of LEGALLY?
Ahhh - but the countries insidious Civil Rights Violations don’t stop there. Not only do ex-cons have a zero chance of getting a money paying LEGAL job - but have you seen these PATHETIC applications these days at any location one may wish to reside? Talk of an injustice!!!??? Ninety five of all residential applications - reflectively DEMAND those filling them out - divulge their past criminal activity.
But you again say - “Hey - We have a right to know who’s living in our neighborhood.” Ohhh give me a break. Like you’re so sinless: so perfect; and like no one in your family has ever been in trouble before. Like there aren’t already a mixture of executive (and non-executive) criminals and others - already living in your neighborhood - you’re unaware of. Isn’t that the pretense neighbors take when talking to the news teams after yet another neighbor was extracted from his/her home by police. ”We never would have suspected him/her doing what you say they did,” you murmur to the reporter. “They were so nice to our kids and dogs.” But you know who’s covertly behind this atrocity? The US Government. How? By allowing any application to screen who gets let in. (And probably initially recommending people with a record be defused). Point: Live and let live. That’s what the constitution teaches and preaches. Or should I say - use to.
Granted this blog isn’t as strong - with 911 having taken place. But I’m not talking suspected terrorist. I’m talking UNITED STATES CITIZENS with a past. A past they paid for dearly via years to decades of their life behind bars. Only to what? To get out and be subject to even more abuse by employers and landlords: You can’t work here - pal - and you can’t live anywhere. The perfect recipe to go back into crime. Or - what I’m telling you is - the governments covert recipe to send ex-cons directly back to jail or prison: No place to live; no place to work. All one huge massive scam on society at large - so when an ex-con is re-arrested - TS can say its favorite line of - “See! We need to lock them up forever and throw away the key.”
What the United States Justice System is doing to its human beings - who have “paid their debt to society” (like paying a debt these days is ever even possible anymore) - is cruel and inhumane punishment. It’s a pitiful example of the United States. It’s in multiple violations of the Constitution.
And then you have what is a runner up for the first place on SCAMS the government is trying to pull over on society. Probation - or more clearly - probation officers. Speak about atrocity? These people are SUPPOSE TO help ex-cons get a place to live and a job. Not threaten them with - "If you can't get either - you're going back'. Worst yet - if the ex-con is ABLE to secure a job - the probation officer (PO) then goes to that employer and literally fills him/her in on everything you're ever done in your life - specifically your "charge" to be on probation. More of that - "The right to know" - crap. Do you believe this? It's nearly impossible for an ex-con to get a job as it is - but once he does - these morons (PO's) follow ex-cons to their job - NOT to verify they're working - but to actually fill the employer in on the ex-cons past? Then - when the employer gets scared and develops the feeling the PO wouldn't have told him all of this - if the ex-con was a good risk to keep on - the employer then Let's the ex-con go - and because he/she can't land another job - the PO violates the probationer and back he goes to prison. Hey? Just as sure as you're still breathing - that is exactly how it works with 60% of the PO's. And why? Because both the states and feds DEMAND their PO's to do this. Why? To - "get-to" - to "get-to" re-incarcerate the ex-con. Why? Because each state and BOP (feds) then have to charge their system with a "new inmate" $$$status$$$ (even though the inmate keeps his/her old number). One scam on top of another! Gee! I wonder why we need a hundred thousand more cops? What a - "thought-to-be-covert" scam this one is. To be fair - there are PO's who don't do this to their ex-cons and actually try and help them - but they are going against the very system they work for?
Judicial and Law Enforcement System? Leave the ex-cons alone!!!! Make it automatic they get 100% of their rights back upon release from prison or jail - other than to own a firearm. Arrest any employer or land lord who denies them employment or residence. You aren't protecting anyone by blocking ex-cons from being ABLE to get a legal paying job or by not getting to live anywhere they want! You are causing them to HAVE NO CHOICE but to return to crime - EXACTLY like it will be when Armageddon does arrive: No jobs or places to live. Society? Are you so ignorant - you can't see this is just a conspiracy by the Government to FORCE ex-cons back into MORE crime - so TS can then raise your taxes to pay for more jails and prisons and police officers (jobs) while the politicians are pocketing half of $that$??? How can anyone actually miss this? It's so clear - but let's say I'm just another "crazy". Again: Do the math! Stop a mere 20% crime nation wide and in EVERY aspect like I mentioned and you'll see which bridge you and your kids live under. This is THE largest SCAM on America the government has going - next to that is - the $$GAS$$$ scam. Land of the free. What a joke that is.
