I've decided that this blog ( if I keep it updated) will be about me, just a form of documentation about me and my day to day life. Not that anyone would find it interesting, I guess it's just floating out here in the world wide web. But, you never know... I always hear stories of people who blog and stuff online and have hundreds of readers/followers. But I do suppose they have more interesting topics which they write about.

 I'm a big fan of old music, music very well before my time. And listening to some old Fleetwood Mac songs the other day inspired me to write about my current love life.

I have a girlfriend. I'll tell you a bit about her. In my eyes, she's perfect. She's 23, which makes her 5 years older than me, but the gap is never felt. She's a lead guitarist and plays in a band, I go to all of her gigs. She has the bluest of blue eyes, and a really amazing smile. She works, she studies, she surfs.

On weekdays, she takes a photo of the sunrise and sends it to me to say good morning.

 She cooks me breakfast (always important) and her cuddles are the best.

Last night I was laying on her bed and she got out one of her guitars and played me a song.

Everything she does somehow turns out to be perfect and all of her perfection somehow makes my own flaws disappear. We are The couple. 

I think I'm very much in love.

Anyhow, enough lame rambling. Today I went to the beach, it's the beginning of spring and the weather provided today was just warm enough to go and lay on the sand for a couple of hours. I got mildly burnt but hopefull it'll just turn brown and add a bit of colour to my (ghostly white) skin.

I'm looking very forward to summer. I miss having my ice cream melt quicker than I can eat it, days spent in singlets and shorts and thongs, and falling asleep on top of all your blankets and not needing to be covered at all throughout the whole night. Swimming at midnight and thinking nothing of it, as the temperature of the water is just perfect. 

Oh well, not long to go.

It's 10:28pm, I think I might get some sleep.
