would you agree that its not fair?
Not fair to what? Not fair to ask someone to choose. To pick, select. What? Well, from something I think it would be fair to say everyone likes.Everyone enjoys. I know I do and I have never met anyone that doesn't!. Music, our favorite music. Something that is a real standout to us may well be "hated" by someone else!

I do have a favorite piece of music EVER! Tchaikovsky's no.1 Piano Concerto! I fell in love with that back in 1965 -  44 years ago! and it is ever and always no. 1 to me! You night not like it,well, thats OK too.

Thats my favorite piece of music. Whats my favorite song? Sheeesh!! I can't choose, and that is what I think is unfair, when someone asks "whats your favorite song?
Some of my favorite artists are: (just SOME!)

 Glenn Miller
Acker Bilk
Jaque Brell
Diana Krell
Norah Jones
Linda Rondstat
Roy Orbison
 Matt Monroe
Bob Seger
Nat King Cole
CCR
It goes on and on and on! Its just not fair to ask,is it?

No its not fair, lol. I really don't have a "favorite" per se, but...I can say that I love 70s, 80s, and 90s music. I like today's music also, but I also like techno, disco and of course retro. I like some jazz, some classical, and positively dislike metal. (sorry metal lovers).

Good morning my lady Jewel! I must confess I don't know Steve Nicks (not Stevie Nicks from the great Fleetwood Mac) or Luther VanDross alas. But what aboud Otis Spann! Maybe the best Jazz Pianist ever! (well in my humble opinion!)

Exactly Rupert! I can't understand most of it. There are a few, very few rap that I do like.

Glenn Miller, Roy Orbison, Linda Rondstat,Nat King Cole are on my short list too. But Bob Seger is at the top, in my book.
Remember when you could walk around all day singing and humming the tunes playing in your mind, without an I-POD plugged in your ear?
