| Why can't the law fix it?

Last night a 26 year old woman with an impeccable driving record was killed on the freeway? What happened? A speeding drunk,who lost his license 3 months ago,has multiple convictions and a warrant out on him for failing to appear in court last week,on a driving offence charge!,he decided to speed the wrong way along the freeway.He hit her head on and killed her. Him? Oh...a few scratches! Once again the innocent die and the guilty walk away! Sure he has been charged..Sure he will have to face the court! What will happen to him? His license is already suspended haha! fine him? a jail term?..... that young womans life if over forever! It is his fault! 100% He has proven his disregard for the law.He has proven his disregard for other peoples safety. By his past conduct he has proven that he will re offend. Through no fault of her own that young lady it dead. For keeps. She will never smile ,walk, talk, love,cry, marry, see her family She is dead....for ever! And him........?????????

Terrible! This seems to be a world wide epidemic! It happens here all the time I'm sorry to say. And him? A good question! The damage is already done!

CavedogRob,nice off you to drop by,it really is a terrible thing,I don't know if there is an answer,I fear not...it makes me so sad to hear of this tragedy.But then the world is full of tragedy,isn't it.
