View Blog    Who is responsible??? This is not a blame game blog, just a thought of who do we hold responsible for daily acitivites.  Let me be more specific.  If I need help, it is up to me to make sure I have the ability to find the person or thing that will help.  When we do not , we make it the job of someone else to do our work.  Is that fair?
