My major is journalism. My Dad is a Doctor, both my older sister and brother are in medical school, yet my major is journalism. To people who don't know me, my major is a waste of time. But to people who do, they understand that writing is what I love to do, and journalism is my attempt to have a career that I love. What can one person do they ask? What can one voice change? Yet they fail to realize that one voice is better than none, and that's why I continue to pursue my education in journalism. It's my way of communicating with the world.
