I know it seems ridiculous to dedicate an entire blog-entry to Chipotle, but believe me, its that important to me. The first time I tried Chipotle was about one year ago and I didn't know then but it would be a lifelong relationship. Since then not only have I eaten enough Chipotle to probably max out a credit card, I've introduced a lot of my friends and family to it. They'll mostly fallen in love with Chipotle as well, for the same reasons as me. The vegetables are all fresh, the meat is hott, the sour cream is cold, together all the mixings taste like perfection. Even right now, as I type this, my mouth is watering. I also love the fact that Chipotle does so many random free give-away days. They just give out burritos to everyone about once a month. If you haven't tried it you're missing it and you don't want to miss out on this. I feel lucky that we have one so close to Loyola University, just a couple blocks down the street.
