Someone wants your stuff. Chairty or second hand stores. They will pick up to . Sell what you can or gift it to someone who has admired it. One mans trash...

If you have a family member or a friend that you know needs something I would give it to them first, after any furniture or things that work but you no longer want in your home i would have a lawnsale, whatever i didn't sell i would donate to a second hand store or some foundation or another. Nothing would ever go in the garbage unless... well it was garbage.

Well if your buying I have 150 rental homes that I would let go for a mere 135,000,000.00!

After our upcoming separation, whatever is left may go to charity.
I want my life back. Priceless, I would say :-)

Anything to help with organizing, old antique-y furniture that can be redone, SHELVES, desks, old window frames and things that can be reclaimed for decorating such as wooden window frames, stuff like that.
