Spoken like a MOM. We are in it for the long haul, hard to realise when they are sweet and small. But it is adults we are raising.

i know i am not a mom yet, and i can't say i know what mothers go through. but i will say this. i can look at my mom now at this point in my life and i love her and am soo greatful for everything she has done for me. sure i have been a brat, sure i have said things i regret. but i try to make sure she knows that i appreciate everything she does. my point with saying this is, whatever point you or any other mother out there are going through in life with your children, know that they love you, and you never go unnoticed. :)

Roe, you are speaking on behalf of so many of us. I could not agree more. Out of my 5 kids I find only 3 at the most are happy at one time. Then as you get older, you have to look after the older generation whilst contending with teenagers. Next thing you know you are worrying about your grandchild. It never stops, but would we change it? Never. However, it would be nice to be appreciated by all of them at the same time just every now and then. Well said - thank you, E
