Have you ever done the plank?
When I was first introduced to this position, mine sank.
Are you a proper lunger knowing which foot is needed to balance your weight?
if you walk, run or do anything, make sure you hydrate
when doing squats you should pretend like you are about to sit on a chair
don't worry if you look a little weird... people might stare
Hey, know where to find your core?
how about closing your eyes and being able to balance one foot on the floor?
Squeeze those gluts and your tighten your abs
Ten times each... in sets of three and don't fail to keep tabs
Wrap that bod around the big rubber ball
Stretch, don't bounce, or you just might fall
Lift weights up over your head
and go for the burn, even if your arms feel like lead
reach, relax and recline
if you do your best, then you'll be fine
before you know it, they wrap you in a big colorful rubber band
then want you to move various parts of your body without using your hand
they teach you how to use the equipment the way you should
then they let you lay on a big Styrofoam noodle which feels so good
these are a few of the activities held at right fit
where people work hard and never quit
It is a friendly, warm and welcoming, healthy place
where people wear great big smiles upon their face
after using all the various cross training machines
you can't help inching towards becoming lean
Suzanne, cheerfully greets you when you walk in the door
and makes you want to come back for more
This tiny bundle of energy with her trainers, nutritionists, dance teachers who have tricks up their sleeves
help you accomplish your goals, while having fun, so you'll never want to leave
the atmosphere feels like just the right fit
give it a try, the place is a hit
