Today I went to the Chicago White Sox Opener
We were invited to sit in a skybox
our good friends won it in an auction

There was so much to see and do and eat!
The food just kept on coming
I had my first hot dog in years!
you can not
not
eat a hot dog at a sox game!
the chocolate covered strawberries were to die for!
and the taffy apples
were gianormous
the kids made their own sundaes

The best part of seeing a game from a skybox
is
you dont have to
just sit and watch the game
because from that vantage point
there is so much more to see and do!

Like watch the big screen tv on the field
and the one in your little cozy room with a view
just in case you were talking or eating when something important happened
you are able to watch the instant replay


The fireworks are a great way to let you know something good is happening
I understand
there was a grand slam
today
I guess I missed
 that
and then I heard someone was thrown out of the game
I must have missed that too

but I did see 2 guys speaking rather heatedly
nose to nose on the tv screen
yet
I had no idea what they were discussing
all I know is we did not win split the pot
darn!

but fun was had by all
and Im pretty sure the White Sox won
everyone was very happy!
