Some of us even think outside the box, where there are so many possibilities.
I like to tell my kids that they control their thoughts with the clicker of the mind and soul. If you don't like the program, switch to a new one. If its too scarey, watch a comedy, etc. Occasionally I misplace the clicker, but I always find it, especially when my friends help.

God does not have his favorites!!! Nothing is ever what it seems from the outside looking in. What you perceive someones life to be is only your personal view, not reality.
That being said, I hope the sheer number of people who are reaching out to you will make you reconsider what you are about to do.
I think because you finally have a plan you are fooling yourself believing that maybe
taking your own life will
finally end your pain.
I believe the pain that comes
after suicide
is much worse
than any pain you might feel
on this earth.
Pain on earth is only temporary,
pain in hell is eternal.
A lot of people gave you a number of suggestions and offered to help
you if only you reach out. People are even praying for you if you are too wounded to pray for yourself.
Why not open your broken and beaten heart
Let them in
to help you
Make that your new plan,
and perhaps
you will begin to make some progress and possibly
even start to feel better...
It doesnt always have to be this way, today is only one of those days,
not forever.
And another thing,
life is a test, we are all given different assignements,
and we will be graded individually.
I think
it's a lot like a diving competition,
the judge takes
the degee of difficulty
into consideration.
I will pray for you,
let us know if you are considering a change of plans,
Dec 31st could be a new start
instead of what you had in mind.

I do not know what you are going through or anything about the dad, but it seems you are going through a tramatic, stressful and emotional time all by yourself. Im relieved.
I held on to this for a long time.
I went to a reunion once, wondering if Lucy would be there and had that sick feeling in my stomach all those years later.
The old hurts were still raw, its as if it had just happened. I found out Lucy lived in Hawaii. In a way I was glad I did not have to see her. I bet she does not even remember how she and the rest of the pack treated me.
On the positive side, that bully experiece taught me many many things.
I will not name them all,
you're welcome
but
two very important lessons were to always look for those people who seem "left out" and bring them in the circle and fill them in,
if someone is telling a story, and this particular person missed part of it,
I quickly give them the cliff note version.
( I like to call it, the up close and personal)
I used to be so uncomfortable never knowing what all the girls were talking about
secondly,
and you can ask my friends this one,
I might be a tad annoying when I do this, so now they will know why
I learned when a group of people are talking and I don't know what its about,
if it appears not to be a private conversation,
Im not afraid to speak up and say,
"OK, what are we talking about here?"
Instead of just standing there looking dumb. If they dont want to tell me, they will say so, or just make something up.

I love the show and I agree with all of you. You can also have non sexual chemistry with people, male and female. Sometimes when you click with someone, you just feel so comfortable, like youve known each other all your life. Its such a great feeling. I love when it happens.

that was very moving, I feel your pain and confusion and can also tell you are alot stronger than you give yourself credit for...you are also a gifted writer, and Im so happy you have chosen to express yourself here, where you are safe...surrounded by love and support...who knew blogs would be this way, I certainly had no idea what this was all about until I started receiving comments. what a bonus! You seem like such a nice and sincere man, and we are the same age...I had neck surgery about 8 years ago. I had 4 herniated disks as a result of a wooded roller coaster ride in sandusky ohio. Not a day goes by that I am not in agony with neck pain. I dont even take aspirin. I dont have alot of range of motion. I like to sit at the head of the table, because a round table kills me and bleachers are the worst. But, I try to not make it a main focus...I figure Im lucky, I could have been bedridden. Good luck to you, I hope you are not dealing with too much pain.

Someone told me not to do anything real taxing before you go to sleep. So get rid of those polypeptides and your to do list and read something light or listen to music or pray, or just repeat the word, sleep- sleep- sleep- over and over again, any word will do that makes you feel good. Hope this helps...we all need our sleep, and Ive been there friend and I feel sorry for you. I love that line, my thoughts are getting real loud, I often feel that way...good post, difficult problem

I tutored the kids in the movie hard ball and I thought he was nice, but its not like we got to know each other ...however...he certainly is a cutie pie!!!!!!!!!! My husband bought a long leather coat because of him, but he would never admit it, so dont tell anyone I said that. It will be our secret.
