for my mother
a keepsake of thanks
and memories of growing up
it's a fill in the blank book
the author calls it a
baby book in reverse
I love it
It's one of the best gifts I have ever received
When you open the book it says

The pages are filled with one liners and the kids filled in the blanks
it was very similar to some of our threads on thoughts.com

Everyone should give this book to their moms
I was beginning to think I was a complete failure and did a horrible job raising them
...and they are too busy with their own lives to think about me
...they had forgotten I was not only their mom but a human being trying to connect with them
...not just the cleaning police
...and the constant nag
and
when a present like this lands in your lap
It is the next best thing to having one of your kids in your lap

I will cherish it forever
