i know exactly what you mean... but its life. life *is* having to deal with ups and downs, as much as it may suck. and sometimes the ups and downs are so close together- it just sucks.. like you cant enjoy the good because something bad happens too- or vice versa- you cant deal fully with the bad due to something amazing happening... its exhausting having to jump from one extreme to another all the time...
