| I am just so angry.... |

Robert just came in from walking the dogs & he told me that the two dogs across the street are still there. The owner locked them in their garage, but kept it open just a crack so they could get some air. It was just enough for Robert to see their legs & hear them bark. So much for animal control doing their job. Robert called them again after he saw this & they said they would send one of their people out there to check on it. An hour later & they still haven't come to get them. I don't understand these Animal Control people. Do they not realize that these stupid dogs almost killed my dog & that next time it might not be an animal they attack but a person!! If that is not enough to get me angry Rob also told me that the bunny I started making friends with was lying in the street with no head. I now know that the two dogs killed it because just before they attacked my dog I saw them playing with a dead animal. I assumed it was a squirrel at the time. I am so mad. It was an outside Bunny, but I thought he(or she) was so adorable. I even took a couple of pictures of it. I don't know what I'm going to do if these dogs are allowed to remain with their owners. I am going to be so afraid every time I have to go walk my dogs or check the mail. Whats wrong with these owners that they are willing to keep such dangerous animals in their home? Aren't they breaking some laws or something? I really don't know what we are going to do next, but I can't go on being afraid every time I step outside of my house. Any suggestions?
