Ooops! It seams that yet again I have left an etirely too bigger gap between updates!

So much has happened in the days since Christmas! I had absolutly no time to update!!!

Soooooo.......let’s start with Christmas day! 6 o’clock in the morning i get woken up by Gil asking if it’s time to give the presents that we made for his parents, Shira and Ofer.

(Although my family are jewish and don’t celebrate christmas i still wanted to give presents! I love giving presents! I gave them a present from me but i thought it would be cute to give them presents from the boys! So i bought these little wooden picture frames that you can decorate yourself and got the boys to paint them! They looked great when they were finished! I took some really great photos of the boys in the snow and got them printed and put them in the frames! Also i’d been telling Gil about christmas cos he didn’t know why we were giving presents! Every day he asked wheather it was time to give the presents yet!)

So that leads back to 6am on xmas morning, there’s a very loud bang on the door followed by “Holly, is it time to give the presents?” So i open to door and let Gil in who has this big grin on his face! He was so excited about giving his parents the presents! So out i go, presents in hand! Gil gives Shira and Ofer the presents from him and Liav first (they loved them) then i gave them my present (which they loved even more) it was a black photo frame that holds 9 individual photos which i filled with the cutest picture of the boys! Then i gave the boys their presents from me! I gave Gil i big cudly bear and Thomas the Tank Engine DVD, and i gave Liav a big cudly Dog and a Wiggles DVD!

So presents done with i left for my aupair friend Nicole’s house! Her host family were away on vacation over xmas and new year so she had the house to herself, so we decided (as neither of us had anything to do for xmas) that we would cook our own xmas dinner! And i have to say ot was a huge sucsess! After we ate we spent the whole evening in front of the fire drinking beer and watching christmas shows on TV! It was such a nice way to spend xmas!!!

On to NEW YEAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Someone even better than santa visited me! DADDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He flew in on Friday 29th December, i picked him up from Newalk airport in a limo!!! Cost a bloddy fortune but was worth it!!!! We spent all Saturday in NYC! We did a carrige ride through Central Park, walked down 5th Avenue, went to Ground Zero, waked around Times Square and then the best bit happened in the evening! For daddy’s christmas pressent i took him to see Mary Poppins on broadway, i shelled out and got front row seats on the mezzanene! It was the most amazing view! We were so close to the stage! At the end when Mary Poppins flew she came right out over the audiance and up towards the ceiling! She came right in our direction and flashed us the biggest smile as she flew up! It was the cherry on the cake!

Sunday we did lots of shopping in Stamford and i showed him the new house and he met my host family! Monday (new years eve) i had to work but i had the evening off so we went for a nice meal to celebrate the new year! The original plan was to spend it in Times Square but by the time i finsihed work it was too late!

Then all too soon it was time for him to go! I’m going to move on very quickly cos it makes me sad!!!

I’ve started college now! I’m taking Hebrew, Stage Presence and Confidence and Vocal Training level 5! As you can imagine, my weeks are now very busy!


So that’s about it! Now i’m into a routine of working, nothing much exciting happens!
